Clearpath Life, LLC ("Clearpath Life," "we," "us," or "our") is an independent life insurance agency. We help individuals and families compare and apply for term life insurance from licensed third-party carriers. We are licensed in Tennessee, with non-resident license applications pending in Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Mississippi, and South Carolina.

2. What information we collect
We collect the following kinds of information:
- Identifiers and contact info — first name, last name, email address, phone number, and mailing address (if provided).
- Information you share when requesting a quote — age, state of residence, household income, mortgage or debt balances, existing coverage, tobacco use, general health status, and the type of coverage you're looking for.
- Recorded phone calls — inbound and outbound calls with Clearpath Life may be recorded. We also store transcripts of those calls.
- Conversations with our AI voice assistant — name, state, age, and any other information you share while speaking with the assistant. These conversations are recorded and transcribed.
- Website activity — pages visited, buttons clicked, forms submitted, and similar event data collected via advertising pixels.
- Cookies and similar technologies — including advertising-pixel cookies and analytics cookies set by our hosting and analytics providers.
The needs calculator on our marketing site does not store the values you enter unless you submit a form afterward.

5. Who we share your information with
We only share your information with parties that help us provide our services. Specifically:
- Insurance carriers, accessed through our independent marketing organization (IMO) — to underwrite, price, and issue the policy you're applying for.
- Customer relationship management (CRM) providers — store your contact information, call logs, form submissions, and email history so our advisors can follow up and serve you.
- Phone-system providers — route our inbound and outbound calls, record them, and generate transcripts for quality and compliance.
- Telecommunications infrastructure providers — send and receive our calls and text messages.
- Advertising platforms — measure how our ads perform. We do not transmit your name, phone, or email in identifiable form; these platforms record events (page views, form submissions) tied to hashed identifiers.
- Website hosting and analytics providers — host our site, deliver content quickly and securely, and measure site traffic and behavior in aggregate.
- Authorities — when required by law, court order, or regulatory request.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your phone number with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
6. Phone and SMS communications
- By providing your phone number to Clearpath Life, you consent to receive calls and text messages from us, including messages sent via automated technology.
- Consent is not a condition of purchase.
- Message frequency varies.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to opt out of text messages at any time.
- Reply HELP for help.
- Calls may be recorded for quality assurance and training purposes.
7. AI voice agent disclosure
- Clearpath Life uses an AI-powered voice assistant named "Bella" to help gather initial information when our human advisors are unavailable.
- Conversations with the AI assistant are recorded and transcribed.
- The AI assistant will identify itself as an AI if asked.
- You may request to speak with a human advisor at any time during the conversation.
- The AI assistant is not a licensed insurance agent and does not give insurance advice or bind coverage.
8. Call recording disclosure
- All inbound and outbound phone calls with Clearpath Life may be recorded.
- Recordings and transcripts are used for quality assurance, training, and regulatory compliance.
- Recordings are stored securely and accessible only to authorized Clearpath Life personnel.
9. Cookies and tracking
We use the following on this website:
- Advertising pixels — measure advertising effectiveness and help us reach people who may benefit from our services. These pixels track page views and conversion events.
- Analytics services — measure site traffic, page performance, and visitor behavior in aggregate.
